Leenane Templeton The Self-Managed Super Specialists Pty Ltd  team is headed up by Partner Andrew Frith,  Andrew is a member of Self-Managed Super Fund Professionals’ Association of Australia (SPAA).  The role of SPAA is to offer vital services to SMSF professionals at a time of significant industry reform, but it also oversees a stringent accreditation process through which advisors are endorsed as specialists in their field.

Through constant support, ongoing education and advice, SPAA members will ensure their competency in this highly specialised field. The SMSF Association is committed to promoting a high standard of education among self managed super fund professionals and assisting them to work within the regulatory framework. This, in turn will help the industry to self-regulate and promote best practice.

SPAA supports the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) and other regulatory bodies and industry associations to promote compliance, in line with the Federal Government’s retirement incomes policy to provide, protect and preserve assets for retirement.

SPAA’s profile objective is to see that SSATM accredited members are recognised specialists in the Australian marketplace and will be the SMSF advisor of choice for consumers.
